We have endeavoured to present the items on this website as accurately as possible. However, the images are not to scale and colours may vary from those shown.
Security
Any information given to us is in the strictest confidence. We do not hold or keep any credit card details. Payment online is via a secure server. You may be assured that your privacy and security are taken very seriously.
When placing an order you confirm and agree that the payment and address details provided by you on the order are correct and payment will be made in full.
Liability
We shall not be held liable for the failure to deliver or late delivery of goods which is as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to system failures, carrier failures, industrial action and acts of God.
Refund Policy
We do hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, it should be returned to us in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to process a refund until goods have been returned to us. It is, therefore, advisable to obtain proof of posting and to keep this until a refund has been made. We cannot be held responsible for goods for return which fail to arrive with us.
Once the goods have been returned to us in a resaleable condition and the original packaging, a refund will be issued. The refund will be made, to you, in the same form as the original payment. Please be aware that once a refund has been processed, it may take up to 48 hours to appear on your statement. This is dependant upon the speed with which your credit/debit card company operates.
Carriage costs charged on orders will not be reimbursed.
Morgan-Groves will not reimburse any charges for the return of goods.
