Delivery within the UK
Gift Basket orders received before 2.00 pm, Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched on either a Next Day Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive by 1.00 pm the following day or by First Class Recorded Mail. Items ordered before 2.00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday before 1.00 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery before 1.00 pm on Tuesday.
Please note a Next Day Delivery service is not available to some Scottish postcodes, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Scilly or the Isle of Man.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
A signature will be required upon delivery. Items will not be left without a signature.
All other items will be despatched by Recorded First Class Post. A charge of £3.95 per item will be added to your order to cover postage and packaging.

We will not be responsible for the original cost of sending the item or the cost of resending any items which have been returned to us.
International Delivery
Orders to international destinations will be dispatched by Royal Mail and courier.
Our Gift Baskets are large, so may we suggest you contact us by e-mail for a quotation. All prices quoted will be the cost charged to us by our courier. We do not add any extra charges.
All charges, with regard to customs and import duties, are to be paid by the customer. These charges vary according to country. Your local customs office would be able to provide you with accurate information.
